PDF files are to be supplied as CMYK with all pics/images embedded hi-res and fonts embedded and sub-set. PDF files must be submitted with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and a minimum bleed of 5mm where required.
We accept PDF, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop files.
ALL COLOURS MUST BE IN CMYK.
If graphics require conversion to CMYK the publisher takes no responsibility for shifts in colour due to gamut issues.
Images used must have a resolution of 300 dpi NO LESS.
Ensure images are CMYK. We accept Tiff’s, Photoshop EPS, PSD, JPEG’s, Illustrator ai and eps file extensions. Please ensure images are scaled to a minimum of 100% of final image size. Logos must be supplied as Illustrator ai or wps files for ad make-up purposes. Black and white line artwork must have a minimum resolution of 1200 dpi.
All fonts must be supplied with the file. The publisher cannot be responsible for text reflow/changes due to substitution. Please outline all fonts. All material must be accompanied by a proof.
