The Codecasa Shipyard was created in Viareggio, Italy in 1825. It has been expanded to include three shipyards producing some of the finest steel, steel/aluminium, and aluminium luxury motor yachts in the world today. “Casabella" was first launched in 1979 and had a major re-fit in 2007 with no expense spared. Whilst maintaining her classic fittings, she has been backed by modern electronics and mechanics.
The yacht has a raised pilot house configuration, captain's cabin and sky lounge behind the bridge. The main deck provides an owners stateroom forward, galley to port, and main entryway to starboard. Aft of this is a large main saloon with a dining area, lounge, wine fridge and carved bar stools. This area opens out to a substantial aft deck perfect for alfresco dining.
This vessel has crossed the Atlantic several times, spent part of her life at the Isle of Mann, and completed extensive Caribbean cruising up both coasts of the continental USA. She has been shipped to Australia, cruised to New Caledonia, Vanuatu, and on to Fiji.
The deck is complete with lounging mattresses, cushions and a stereo system. The aft top deck features lounging deck chairs, drinks tables and fine dining facilities for six under an umbrella.
Other extras include a classic Persian rug, antique sofa, high quality sound system and television, ice maker, Walker Bay tender, two kayaks, crystal chandeliers and much more. There is seating for four on the flybridge, and seating for seven in the lovely antique setting of the saloon.
Forward of saloon is the foyer with day head to starboard and guest gallery to port and steps up to bridge, steps down to engine room and VIP cabin. Forward of foyer is the owners suite with exquisite artwork displays and brass statues. The VIP cabin features antique lighting and artworks, with a large ensuite. The twin cabin aft is decorated with rich colours and antique headboards. Forward of the guest galley is the crew quarters with accommodation for six and dining/bathroom facilities. .....
