Stability is the key of the tri-hulled Aussie Whaler 550 Profish cuddy cab. The Whaler's shape is a cathedral hull, but contains some extras which add to its stability, such as single strakes down the length of the centre hull, wide flat chines on the outer hulls and built-in trim tabs at their extremities. We use these models as our work boats and have one just like this.
