Marinews warrants, to the original purchaser, that rods and reels purchased from marinews.com, will be free from non-conformities in material or workmanship for the period of one year. Proof of purchase data is a necessity for all warranty claims.

Non- ARB Ball Bearings and Roller Bearings will not be covered under warranty.
Marinews.com fishing reels and rods are built to ensure that you will have satisfying years of dependable performance and enjoyable fishing.

Marinews.com Pty Ltd provides a full years worldwide warranty for all fishing reels and rods sold via the site marinews.com, against defects and faulty materials.

The warranty is effective from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser.

Marinews.com Pty Ltd will perform repairs or effect replacement, at their option, with no costs to you other than shipping charges incurred to and from our service facility.

This warranty does not cover claims for the incidental or consequential damage, normal wear and tear, improper use or neglect.
Note: Neglect includes salt water damage, corrosion caused by poor maintenance and proper cleaning of rods and reels after fishing.

This warranty will be considered void if it is found that the reel has been subjected to unauthorized alterations, abuse or damage as a result of failure to provide the recommended care and maintenance.
